Frequently Asked Questions

Some of the most common questions you might have while browsing my online store. Please email hello@jennylemon.london if you have any questions that aren't covered here and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as I can.

How long before my order is dispatched?

Some items in my store is made to order. These means it takes a little longer to get to you but it also means each one is checked as it is produced and this also reduces the amount of human error in the creation of these items. The time before your order is dispatched can be up to, but never exceeding, 5 working days. When an item is being made to order, this information is mentioned on the item page.

In some case, items are produced by a partner specialist based elsewhere in the UK. If you are buying more than one item today, we may ship these separately, as they are created and you will be notified of this by email. This will not affect your overall delivery charges.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver everything in this store internationally.

How much is delivery?

First Class UK delivery is a flat rate of £3.00 with an additional fee of £1.00 per item.

For everywhere else, worldwide, International Standard Delivery is a flat rate of £4.50 per order with an additional £2.00 per item.

Why can I only add so many of each item into my shopping cart?

Some of the items we sell are made to order especially for you.

Due to this, please note that we sometimes limit the amount of items you can add to your cart per order. Please email hello@jennylemon.london if you would like to buy a large amount of items and we will arrange a bespoke order for you.

Where can I see your refund and exchange policy?

You can read my policy in full detail or hello@jennylemon.london if you have any questions about returning an order.

Do I need an account with the site in order to make an order?

No, you don't. Setting up an account in an optional way of saving your details and joining my newsletter list to stay informed. However, I only ever share freebies and deals with any registered users on my email list so it is a great way of signing up for the rewards I give out to my loyal customers.

Can I buy your pattern designs as fabric?

Yes, you can buy a selection of my patterns as fabric but not here. I've left this kind of speciality to the experts for now. Head over to my designer page on Spoonflower to order your fabric. Spoonflower are a US based printer specialist and they have a wide range of fabric options so you're sure to find something suitable for your craft project. Sign up to my newsletter if you would like to be updated when new patterns are available as fabric. Happy sewing!
